Estelle Akofio-Sowah (Managing Director) Estelle has a degree in Economics and Development Studies from the University of Sussex and previous work experience includes working as Conference and Banqueting Manager at La-Palm Royal Beach Hotel (Ghana’s only 5-star hotel) and Project Manager of the National Poverty Reduction Program at ProNet (local NGO partner to WaterAid UK). From her experience in Ghana, she has a broad understanding of local conditions, politics, social dynamics and the ICT community. Estelle joined BusyInternet in early 2002. |

Ivy E. Rockson (Human Resource Manager) Ivy joined BusyInternet in March 2007. She has several years of Human Relations and Customer Service experience from her stints with GE Money as a Customer Service Executive and Bruks Associates as Administrative Manager. Ivy holds an MSc. in Human Resource Management from the Sheffield Hallam University and a Bachelors Degree in Management Studies from the Cape Coast University. |

Victor Danquah (Finance Manager) Victor holds a degree in Commerce (B.Com) from the Cape Coast University and is also a Chartered Accountant (ICAGh). He worked previously with Metropolitan Insurance Company Limited for 2 years as accounts Officer and then Deloitte and Touche as an Audit Senior for 3 years. Victor has 5 years experience in practice and the industry with a background in Audit and Finance |

Dyanne Starlove-Arkhurst (Business Manager) Dyanne joined BusyInternet with a wealth of administrative experience gained over the past ten years. She worked with Standard Chartered Bank, Valley Farms Ltd and Simnet (Gh) Ltd. Currently in the Finance Department assisting the Finance Manager in managing and controlling company expenses. She is in charge of all company purchases. |

Jackie Ansah-Yankey (ISP Manager) Prior to joining Busy, Jackie worked as a manager at the New York State Liquidation Bureau with several years of experience in information technology. She was responsible for the establishment and operation of the bureau’s Training and Help Desk department. She graduated from Syracuse University with a B.A. in International Relations, and some Information Technology certificates. Jackie and her husband have two young boys. |

Mar Hulscher (Technical Services Manager) Mar is originally from Holland and comes to BusyInternet with a wide experience in various sales & marketing environments. She has been in Ghana for 7 years, running an events organization & consultancy company. Prior to that, Mar has worked in the Hotel Services and IT industries, focusing on customer support and customer relationships in particular. |

Customer Service Manager) Doris Asiedu worked previously with M-plaza hotel as front desk supervisor and holds a Diploma in Hospitality Management from Educational Institute (EI) America. Doris being a very hard working staff has grown from a junior position to a senior position and currently, the Assistant Customer Service Manager and directly responsible for the café, copy center and virtual incubator office. |
